The First thing we had to do is unload the trucks! |
Then sort and bag the food. |
I was more than happy to give the food room over to Roy this year! |
Roy will be great at this for the many years to come! |
There were over 4000 cards (Families) that had to be sorted, so they would receive correct amount of food and toys. |
While the food was bing sorted in the auditorium, the toys were being sorted in the gym. |
The toys had to be sorted by gender and age. |
Wow what a pile of fun:-) |
Hats off to Ralph for doing such a great job. |
Once the toys were sorted by age group, they had to be sub-sorted by family. |
Then we had to double check that each child received one toy and for the right age and gendor. |
