      • GrapeFruit 1 per person
      • Oatmeal with apple and cinnimon (two cups dry quacker oatmeal per person)
      • Orange juice

      Lunch

      • Foil pack food
        • Carrots

        • Green Peppers
        • Hamburger

      • Pop
      ** this meal is simple and easy to make. you cut up the vegtables and separate the meat. each person gets about 1/4 lb of hamburger and thier desired amount of vegetables. once the food is placed in the middle of the foil you then wrap the foil around it sealing it and you place them near the coals moving them occaionally to cook everythingonce finished the foil pack can be moved out of the coals and opened away from the facew so that the steam wont burn the person and seasoned and eaten
